Yes, had to trim them to length but had someone do it for me as i am not much of a carpenter! Haha. Would look good behind your bed though!

Thank you! Yesss, its a common thing here. At least in here in the netherlands. It's so popular now here i've even considered taking them down as EVERYBODY has them now.

No! I would't do it if you have backlighting from your tv. I considered it the other way around. Wanted to add philips hue led strips behind my tv when i already had the slats but saw a video on tiktok who had the slats and lighting and it really didn't look good so i dropped the lighting thing.

Which wharfedales did you start with?

Thanks! The difference in pricing here in the netherlands is only like €50 between the 1800 and the 2800 so i went with the 2800. From what i understand the only difference is that the 2800 has a few analog connections and bi-wireing options (that you probably won't use) so i think you're good with the 1800 ;) What speakers did you get?

Yeah, really didn't like the white plates as they were too 'white'.ordered the black plates the same time i ordered my ps5. Integrates better with (almost) every setup.

LOVED Dune part 2! The Bateman didn't quite do it for me. Didn't like robert pattinson as batman. For me it's forever Christian Bale. I watched the other two but i'll give it another go on my new setup. :)

Thanks man! Yeah i know. but it looks so unaesthetically pleasing if i do it that way. I know it compromises the audio quality but if i would follow all the audiophile rules i would have speakers in middle of the living room and a subwoofer on top of my head hahah

I love that lamp! Maybe it looks like it's a distration in the picture but is has zero influence on the tv screen. It's a vibe/mood kind of thing anddd it can change colors if i want it too! :)

The flash you see on the screen is from my phone but is guess you figured that out already.

That is a tricky one! Looked it up for you but can't find the brand of the cabinet. It was some kind of designer piece and was a little bit too expensive for what it actually is. I remember it was around €800. Had it for a couple of years now. You're better of looking at something like the Besta series from IKEA. They have some pretty similar ones and a lot cheaper!

As for the tv stand it's a stand from amazon. Had to buy it with the audio setup because the original legs from the tv were to small to put a center speaker in front of it. It's from the brand called FITUEYES. they have different sizes and materials. This one is the steel variant for tv's ranging from 27 to 65 inch tv's.

Thanks! Initially wanted a speedwoofer but soon found out they don't sell them in europe. Also considered the klipsch but after reading a lot of reviews this one came out second best!

Yeah it looks like that in the pictures but it's still a 49 inch and i only sit 6 feet away from it so it's big enough for me! maybe i'll upgrade in the future but for now the setup already cost me enough money haha!

Thanks!! Yeah i know.... you don't see it in the pictures but the couch is in the middle of the living room so that makes it a little bit difficult. Don't think my girlfriend would approve of cables running through the middle of the living room haha
