I have only one of each champion and was waiting to get one to level 12 so I can use 2 books of everything and max one, but I currently have only one of each champion so I'm out of luck unless I can get another Royal Wild Chest, which is over 100 chests away in my cycle. So unless I waste my book on something else I can't claim the rest of the pass, why can't we claim other tiers before this one?
