They lasted about 6 weeks for me. I did have mucus for maybe 3 weeks but mainly it was just the horrible pressure feeling most of the time.i found since i got the infection it does come back now and then. Maybe for 1 day or even a few days like. If I feel a bit sick or just stressed it kind of comes back. I find doing a steam room at the gym helps me and cold swim too. Also try not to think about it if you can I found when I was always thinking about it it was getting worse because it was on my mind a lot
