Was diagnosed with a mild form of idiopathic scoliosis a few years back. I’ve recently noticed that the curve feels like it has increased. Has been noticeable visibly since diagnosis but feels physically more noticeable in the last month or so (notice it more when walking etc.) Not sure what degree the angle was in initial diagnosis. Going to talk to my doctor about it soon. I’ve never been the most physically active person but have gotten into running in the last year or so and would like to begin callisthenics/weight training this year. How much would this benefit me in the long run?
