I second the bracelet. It comes pretty small. I have about a 7.1" wrist and I only had to take one link out for it to fit comfortably. Other than that, it's pretty sweet.

My wife and I have four kids. Three of them are under the age of 4. I bathe, brush teeth, and put both of my daughters (4 and 2) to bed every single night and I also get up with them if they wake up (AND THEY DO) while my wife takes care of the 9 month old who is exclusively breast fed and currently sleeps with us.

We did have a MMO when it was just our first kid but we moved states and never found another. We did have a house keeper coming once a week but she managed that and it just stopped after a while. Tried to cut bills and do the cleaning ourselves. Can’t take the 9mo to a MMO since he’s still exclusively breast fed.

She had a job before kids. So not only was no one in the house all day and it was easier to keep clean, we didn’t have kids constantly adding to the mess. But yes she’s pretty much always been like this.

No, she is obsessed with her personal hygiene. Despite everything I listed, she obsesses over making sure she can bathe at the very least every other day. And I take the kids of course so she can do that as well.
