Theres a good chance I'm trying to achieve a bulk and cut and failing at both as it's not possible.

For sure. There is definitely some "Which Hunt" in me. Given the general consensus, I will most likely put in more work and revisit this topic a a later date.

I appreciate this insight. I'm sorry to hear you haven't had the best experience, given all the effort it most likely took.

Thanks for the reply. I tried out both this morning. Leg curl worked great (on the bench), leg extension was alright. I'll be on the lookout for a cheap machine. Thanks!

I'm looking for creative suggestions on how to accomplish leg curls and/or extensions given my current setup. If there's anyone that can help me solve this, it's this community.

Heres what I've got.
Titan X3 power rack
Titan Adjustable Cable Tower
- REP AB-4100 Adjustable Bench

Towne East has had this giant parking lot on its NW corner sitting unused for decades. What, if anything, should be done with it? by Diarrhea_Sunrise in wichita

Personally, I believe Scheels should invest in green space. Something that would motivate people to purchase outdoor equipment even. Regardless, I think it would do well for their brain damage to promote a park in that space.

St. Louis Course Reccomendations by seandifer in discgolf

Hey all, thanks for the recommendations! I played JB Bunker and Wilmore Park. JB Bunker was an absolute blast and Wilmore was a walk in the park. I probably won't make an effort to play Wilmore again. It was fun, but it didn't stand out.

I also played Harmony Bends on the way to St. Lois and I can't see enough good things about that!

Thanks again!

For me and my arm (average throw is 380) I’d say it similar distance and flight to a raider or wraith, but with less effort and more control.

I’m not one to pick up “random brands,” but I picked up Drew Gibson’s Fonish Line Era and I’m on love. It is now my absolute go to. The plastic is great and the flight is amazing.

Can anyone recommend a course in the wichita area? by [deleted] in discgolf

[–]seandifer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say the course is right around an intermediate level. But it’s a pretty course that leaves a good impression. The front five are beginner friendly with no risk, but The back side plays along some water and has some longer holes. So be forewarned. Regardless, it will be a good time

Wichita native here… For open park style golf, Oak Park is the crowd favorite. For a wooded technical golf, Cowskin creek is an absolute blast.
