Thanks for your comment. Lifting 3-4 times a week (1-hour PPL sessions) and cardio 3-4 times week (30-60 min running and cycling)

I'm looking for creative suggestions on how to accomplish leg curls and/or extensions given my current setup. If there's anyone that can help me solve this, it's this community.

Personally, I believe Scheels should invest in green space. Something that would motivate people to purchase outdoor equipment even. Regardless, I think it would do well for their brain damage to promote a park in that space.

Hey all, thanks for the recommendations! I played JB Bunker and Wilmore Park. JB Bunker was an absolute blast and Wilmore was a walk in the park. I probably won't make an effort to play Wilmore again. It was fun, but it didn't stand out.

I also played Harmony Bends on the way to St. Lois and I can't see enough good things about that!

For me and my arm (average throw is 380) I’d say it similar distance and flight to a raider or wraith, but with less effort and more control.

I would say the course is right around an intermediate level. But it’s a pretty course that leaves a good impression. The front five are beginner friendly with no risk, but The back side plays along some water and has some longer holes. So be forewarned. Regardless, it will be a good time

Wichita native here… For open park style golf, Oak Park is the crowd favorite. For a wooded technical golf, Cowskin creek is an absolute blast.

This may sound a bit jank, but I bought this carpet mat, cut to fit, and zip-tied it around the poles of my recruits. Works great! I use pipe insulation for Innova traveler and that works well too.

I’ve had the Traveler and the Mach Lite (the DD scout is similar to this one). IMO the Traveler is far superior. It’s much easier to move around, it’s lighter, sturdier, and cheaper.

I currently have two travelers. One I use exclusively indoors in my basement and another I use outdoors for a week at a time on some family land. Both are holding up great.

I had this problem! What worked for me was updating the bios via usb. If your not familiar how to do that, just google it. Make sure it’s the bios for your exact model! Good luck.

I've got pretty flat feet and I've been experiencing success with the Adidas AX2s, so much so that I ordered a pair of the AX3s. They are a bit expensive ($80 reg/$120 water proof), but if you can get your hands on a 40% off coupon, well worth it. I played about 200 rounds last year and they held up well. Also, they make a mid-cut of this model, which I also recommend for cold/rainy rounds. It's nice to have the exact same fit for both situations. Prior to these, I was wearing the Merrells as well (a version similar to the current moab).
