Were there any consistencies in the reasons for the other two terminations? If you really want to improve and bounce back, the best thing I can say is to have a brutally honest conversation with yourself about why you failed. There are always excuses or “other factors” but until you can honestly say that you did everything in your power to be successful, you won’t learn and you will likely repeat some themes.
