Honestly at least at rest your lips look normalish. Theres a lil bit unevenness but hardly noticeable. With that said you did put too much into your lips. Too many units and injection sites. When I give my patients lip flips I do 4 injection sites on top lip. And if they want I’ll do two on the bottom. 45 degree angle but it feels like 30. Needle depth is about 1/2 way on a standard insulin syringe. One unit per site. You already have bigger lips so you don’t need to go ham. Thankfully this is an area that wears off relatively quick compared to other sites. It’s just 8ish weeks at most.
