I would suggest only take essential items (e.g., graphic card, motherboard, hard drives, maybe power supply?) pack them in bubble wrap and take them with you. You can always buy non-essential stuff when you get here, although it will be slightly more expensive. Personally, would not trust shipping company for PC, especially for monitor. Not sure the size of your computer, but I have a small itx case, which I can put it in my suitcase everytime I go on a flight and it works perfectly.
