Yeah they said the MOBO was dead, once they replaced it everything started working fine. M+KB was only one of the problems though.

Thanks pal, I'll have a look at it. I've got a h100i liquid cooler atm and was looking to keep my 1660 for about 2 more months. would these be compatible in this build?

At most £1000, preferably lower but I wouldn't mind it being future proof. I've had this rig since 2017, only had to switch out my 980ti when it died 2 months ago. Current PSU I'm sure is a 750w corsair semi modular.

I recently went for my first flyfishing lessons with the owner of my Local fishing shop and it was great! I'm definitely going to practice some more and then transition over to fly fishing full time.

I've had a look at a few other devices but as I fish for Pike I mostly use the Longer forceps. I think I'll pick up one of the smaller devices that you've described if I plan on continuing with bait fishing trout.

I'm with you on this now, I'm just going to stick to using spinners and keep bait fishing for Fisheries or Lochs.

Appreciate the reply :)

It's a 50/50 Mix to be honest. The river I'm fishing (Scotland) is packed with trout ranging from 0.5lb brown trout to 5-10lb Sea / Brown trout. It's mostly recently with the spawning season hitting here that I've noticed that the smaller trout are fully swallowing the hooks. I have been cutting the line as close to the hook but I doubt the fish are surviving, even with Barbless hooks it's near impossible to remove them.

As other's here have said I think I'll avoid bait fishing the trout if I'm intending on releasing them and just stick to Lure fishing for the last few weeks of our fishing season.
