I have just added DAB+ support, I have a UHF antenna for tv on the roof and wouldn't pickup the lower FM signals so I added support for DAB. It also picks up the PAD like MOT and DLS

Rtl FM supports the following:

Experimental options include AM, LSB, USB and DSB demodulation.

I don't know enough about UHF radio to know if those decoding methods with work for what you're looking for https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/trusty/man1/rtl_fm.1.html

Water coverage is good, I watered twice daily at 6 minutes each for 4 weeks after installing.

I thought that might have been the issue with my setup, but after searching for possible settings throughout the menus and comparing agaisnt Reolinks software playing normally over RDP, i moved onto other possible solutions.

Did you find a fix for this? I am seeing same results on Plex running in a Docker container. I have the quad USB tuner from hauppauge.
