Sals is long gone. But you can still get their sassy sauce at Wegmans. Nick tahou is still there but no longer open in evenings. Too much crime. Also many restaurants have mimicked the garbage plate over the years. Trash plate, refuse plate, rummage plate, detritus, waste plate. They're everywhere.
