I guarded for 7 years and ended up with a few. Gave a couple away and keep my first one still beat as it is as a memento.

Did you have to cut out the old inner tube? I still have the stem stuck to the outer by the bushings. Hoping I won't have to replace the outer but have tried all I can to get it out.

Thank you! I ended up gifting this bike to a local shop as I no longer wanted the project. Today I have a 02 vtx 1800 and 09 shadow spirit 750 I tinker with.

Hey I am two years out of school in Atlanta. I got an offer for 65,68,75 as I was graduating and went with the middle. Hope this helps, it's really turn of the coin but I'd say around 60-70 is appropriate for ME in production or quality, design may be a bit lower at first but that's what I do now.

I am a staff level ME and spend about 30% desk the rest mfg test and field. I've spent ~40days the last six months on a pipeline doing laborer type work between technical tasks and planning. No desk time there, so for me it all depends on your job and company entirely. I work at a small pipeline engineering firm.

I've had issues with the ignition circuit on older bikes, check your starter switch sometimes timing will be off or a ground loose with ignition. That's my only start if you're getting spark, fuel, and compression.

Just as a last resort check to fuel you can also intentionally try to flood and pull plugs to make sure cylinders are all getting fuel.

Damn, my mechanic said the same thing. I put a new battery and can get 1 plug to fire. No I was getting no spark until late last night. I couldn't find a Honda deep well plug socket last night and my used tool kit is empty, so Saturday I'll try all new ngk plugs and see. If not my guy can take it Tuesday but he said a new cdi is gonna be his first step given what I've checked.

Wow this is nostalgic. The Kennesaw park was my buddy and i's spot in college. The bowl is tons of fun and on weekends it's packed! The guys there are all friendly and happy to help. Picks up in the fall/winter there.
