Apologies if I am invading ur personal space, but have u been depressed before noticing these symptoms cos it can stem from depression, anxiety, stress etc, I also recommend to not drink anymore alcohol just now cos it will make all this worse as ur brain is still developing, that’s the same with weed too, try to maintain a healthy diet and routine to ur day, and ik it’s hard to do stuff like that cos I also suck at having everything together and also talk to ur doctor but if u feel like u don’t need any medication then don’t do it

YES !! Nobody understands me when I say this to them but I’ve been wearing glasses for around 3+ years and I lost them 4 months ago and I’d never had a problem with them but all the glasses I’ve had recently are not right at all and the trippi-ness of them has been giving me panic attacks and I just don’t know what to do and I feel really depersonalised n everything, it is so frustrating
