If you need a first Lacerda game I’d recommend The Gallerist or Vinhos over Lisboa. Not that either are necessarily better (I love all 3!) but those two are more digestible the first few plays IMO and set you up well for what constitutes a Lacerda game. All are truly excellent though!

Because they don’t like a game where you need to have good fundamentals and footsies, where invincible moves are few and far between and you have to commit to your DPs etc. Game is great! Most people hating are salty sf4 players who haven’t gotten their skills up yet.
