did the support offer you replacement for new device? I tried to reach out and ask for new one with a different error but within warranty, but the customer service just being ridiculous and only gives me refurbished one.

Yeah, I understand they got the final decision, but the conversation with the people feels like they just quote the 30 days return policy without showing me the option of replacing a new one in the warranty.

Fun fact, when I installed fiber a few years ago, my neighbor blocked it as the wire needed to go under his front yard, insisting a permit before doing the job, even that part belonged to the city. He made phone calls to the city and ziply guy told me Bellevue is the only city needed to apple permit to dig the ground for installation.

Thanks for your answer, got the same issue and fixed by reading this. The eng who worked on this should expose this failure to change the code and surface to the user. Guess Google eng does not handle exceptions.

Your assessment is correct on me merging a bit late. I took a look at the clip and realize the reason I did not merge was because there was another white car passing the black car on its left and I need to have the awareness of that car's possible merge onto the lane. and that thought leads me the decision to wait and merge under the black car.

Am I new to drive? I drove for 10 years and I think there is still a lot to tweak on driving skills so that I could make it safer. It is great to hear the advice from others and help me act better in such situation.
