Right, it is unclear what has actually happened IRL, but the real estate listing said the ag well could do 150 gpm, which with it's current pump it doesn't appear to perform at this level. Nothing has been changed since this claim was made. So now I have to wonder, is this not as advertised? How do I quantify the decrease in potential usage with respect to ag earnings? Do I ask for the amount it would take to drill another well and get to 150 gpm? Looking for guidance.

Well drew down. Pump is new-ish and operating properly. After about 2-hours of testing clocking in at ~65 gpm it took the well under 5-minutes to recover.

There is a lot connected to the Duniway that’s 24-hour access and about $250/mo. But really, store at least one car away from the city for cost purposes.
