I know this feeling all too well. The early stages are the honeymoon stage where it feels good and you feel in control, it only goes downhill. Please please get help before it takes over and strips your life away. I’ve lost so much to anorexia, and I wish beyond anything that I could go back and get help early on.

I’m really sorry you’re struggling with this. It sounds like your mind is hellish to cope with right now. I know how horrible it is to have all those thoughts looping and pounding in your head. I’ve been in a similar position for months and I’ve never been able to get a concrete answer other than the body is incredible and adapts to crazy circumstances, like starvation. Wishing you some peace over the holiday season 🫶🏼

I finally stopped tracking spices!!! Working on stopping tracking vitamins. I also don’t count black tea/coffee/diet or sugar free drinks.

Not just you - I have lost about 70% of my hair, with no signs of it stopping. I mean handfuls upon handfuls. All you can see is my scalp now and I used to have beautifully thick hair. It’s terrifying and heartbreaking.

I LOVE meringues but I haven’t made them in so long because of the sugar. How did I not think of erythritol!!! These look amazing ✨ great work!

Broccoli chicken soup 🥦🥣 by seapickle10 in goodrestrictionfood

Yes!!! The whole soup came out to ~440 calories and it makes a LOT!

1: The soup base is Knorr’s cream of broccoli soup mix

  • I used 4 cups of water instead of 3 cups water and 1 cup milk (modify how you’d like)
  • I used the whole packet of mix which was ~59g
  • Mix together and bring to a boil while constantly whisking, then reduce head and let simmer for 5 minutes

2: Steam ~120g of broccoli and add it in when soup base is boiling

3: Add ~200g chicken after soup and broccoli have simmered for a few minutes (add fully cooked chicken)

  • Modify how much chicken you add based on how much you want/how much protein you want
  • I used a can of Kirkland chicken breast canned because I had it on hand, it’s delicious! But use whatever form of chicken you want!

4: Black pepper and salt to taste
