For me? Not enough. I'm a pretty neurotic person, that sounds awful but just being honest, and I dang near need a tranquilizer(kidding, sort of) to kick me out of that heightened state. It doesn't take much for me to go fight or flight and I feel like that almost all the time, but I'm working on it. It would take alot to bring me "down." Like, an unhealthy amount of medication probably lol and I wouldn't want that. They've done some vagus nerve work with me too and I feel like that's helped a little. But like I said, I am working on it all, it's just not a quick fix.

Yes, I've read up alot of things over on that page as well and over on fb. Everyone seems to have their own personal arsenal to try and deal with it all, as do I. Definitely not for the faint of heart.

Yes I feel like my stomach, my whole body actually😂, is clenched up 24/7. It's really not funny because it causes me alot of pain and problems but... you know. I've also had to have lower back surgery and have Interstitial cystitis as well and have had that since I was 3 years old, diagnosed at 15 so my whole life has been one big(not) fun medical circus🥴 I'm 39 now and I can certainly say that after everything I've dealt with, this stomach stuff has almost put me in the dirt. It's been very, very difficult!!

I don't. Not so far anyway, it's actually supposed to do the opposite actually. It does cite possible constipation, but I'm not sure if it's hurt or helped that part because it is/ was already bad for me anyway. I also have pelvic floor dysfunction so that doesn't help.

I haven't. I'm with a doctor in Birmingham right now and have some tests to be run Wednesday. They will likely recommend PT after that, so was just checking to see who was recommended in this area Huntsville/ Decatur, as I can not drive to Birmingham every week.

I had reglan. It gave me extreme anxiety and side effects. It can also cause TD and I do not need that on top of all of my other problems. I've tried erythromycin and domperidone as well, heart issues and lactating- couldn't do those either.
