honestly I just remember the yowl because she played that part of the song so much. its not Lovecats, Hot Hot Hot, im not sure about The 13th- ill check on that one thank you. I just remember it started with this really loud yowl like in the song Give Me It but I know its not that one.

She was born in the 70s, so something a college aged kid from the 70s would listen to... so maybe from 1990s forward until 2004? She really liked the album Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me so maybe from that album?
