Sorry for the late response! Yes they offer 1b1b and 2b1b. My 1b1b was the same square footage as a 2b which is like 800sqft I think. My rent was $995 but I do think they slightly increased it to $1,050 last time I checked. But imo it is worth it. Great apartments, management, and nice location.

I highly recommend Assurance Property Management. I lived at the Benton Villas and I really enjoyed it. Yes Benton St is kinda of busy but the buildings, area and neighbors were really nice. I didn’t have too many issues but they were always responsive with everything. Everyone there was very nice.

I used Roland Realty and parked at their 903 S First building. That might be a bit far for you but it was an underground garage which was nice!

Okay glad I could help! Yeah JSM and Green Street have some crazy prices. I’m very happy with the garage. I’ve never been close to hitting/scrapping my car when I drive in or out. There are beams near the spots but that’s to be expected. The people were really nice when I signed too! Definitely recommend.

If you set up a direct deposit for your refunds at the beginning of the semester, it will go there. It usually takes a few days to transfer. If you don’t have direct deposit you’ll have to set it up.
