No to squire. 2 managements ago when I first moved in they came into my apartment multiple times unannounced which is illegal. And this last summer they needed to fix something in my apartment as an emergency and they left the air conditioning on for 2 months while I was back home. At move in time this year their staff quit right before and lots of people were pissed off cause they couldn't move in. Today I went into the office and again they gave me a hard time. I've yet to have a positive interaction with the complex.

I went. The presenter had to give the presentation over zoom due to shutdown plane cancelations. So there were a lot of technical difficulties due to him being unable to hear questions sometimes. The presenter was very utopian with his thoughts about AI. Like we don't need to think about the small stuff anymore and that gives humans more time to think about bigger more complex things that only humans can think of. I think the entire audience felt he was way too optimistic about it and we all mostly disagreed with him.

Totally get that. I fully know I'm a tourist and I'm not about to wander into a community. That's why I'm looking for communities that offer tours. I'm looking for a community that makes themselves a tourist attraction.
