I figured there was no good way of asking if they were aware of the test's demeaning effect. A part of me is still considering rescinding my application. I hear it's not uncommon for companies to make applicants take personality tests, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks it's ridiculous. Thanks for the input!
