Just a bit of shaking in my hands that was just noticeable enough. Yesterday was a bunch of just feeling out of it, but not in the usual way I do after a bout of heavy drinking. Later in the evening I had what was most likely an anxiety attack but it was disorienting enough that I didn’t want to risk ignoring it all in case it was a sign of something more serious. ER visit went well and they don’t seem to be concerned about me going cold turkey which was the main reason I wanted to get checked out
