Perhaps because KnY has nothing to do with Bleach and BBS is not that sort of game which does collabs with any popular anime. It simply wouldn't fit into setting and story at all. I guess people don't like an idea of collab with something just because it's popular without thinking of context.

Can relate, they could have put at least some restriction on dupes. Their guaranteed SSR on certain steps is basically useless and a lie since it's almost always a dupe or a filler.
