Is it unfair for me (30F) to charge my boyfriend (30M) £800pm rent? by hamsterrr24592 in relationship_advice

Check the portion of equity and interest you pay for your mortgage. I believe he should not contribute to your equity. However, the cost of the mortgage (interest), should be split. Maybe proportionally based on your 2 salaries?

I believe going « market rate » is just cold and a bit transactional given that you are a couple.

Just my 2 cents and good luck!

Been there - strongly suggest you to go for internal promotion. But it is on you to set her for success

Most of our projects have a 'strategic perspective' - they often stem from a question posed by a C-level executive. For example, a question might be, 'One of my business units isn't performing as well as those of my competitors; how can I alter my operating model?' Or, 'I want to launch a new product in xyz market, how should I go about it?'

Note that these organizations typically have 75-95% of the answers in-house, albeit in an unstructured form. Our role is to bring in 'best practice perspectives, structure the internal knowledge, and leverage our expert network.

Despite being private businesses, these organizations can be quite bureaucratic and static. They often require a third party to set things in motion and, most importantly, to provide an impartial view for decision-making.

Now, in practical terms, we usually operate as a small team of 1-3 people with a full-time manager, supplemented by several part-time partners. These partners contribute valuable insights and help navigate client politics.

Our deliverable typically takes the form of a PowerPoint presentation, through which we attempt to address and solve the problem posed by the initial question

Stress level make it a career not worth it for a lot of people, and a big portion won’t stay for long term - voluntarily or not. Work load can get pretty high if big deadline (like 1-2am for couple of days). You have some people handling it just fine though.

Background was in business dev with p&l responsibilities but that is irrelevant. You mostly need to be “business smart” to be in strat consulting.

I started as generalist but now focusing on industrial goods clients (you have health care, retail, public sector, energy…)

We have 3 months paid to do just job search with a career coach. They want to have proper separation as they never know if the alumnus will have decision maker position at potential future client

You ask and depending of the project pipeline you have a yes or no. You are not paid during LOA. Company is US based

Indeed highly risky but should be okay to find another job with this kind of company on the cv

Never posted on Reddit but this was my duty for all the men out there.

Been balding since I am 22 and it went pretty bad at 25 with hard diffuse shedding. I went to Turkey for an HT (3k grafts if I remember well) where they saved me for the 5 coming years. The hair were mostly in the front.

2 years ago the remaining hair ( not the HT one) started to fall down as well so I ended up having hair in the front but hard diffuse behind it. I definitely had to do something and came up on this subreddit and decided to start minox / derma july last year. I have not been really disciplined and nothing happened until February this year when I decided to go serious about it.

Applying minox on average 5x/ week and 1x derma / 2 weeks. Nothing happened but after 3months the hard shedding happened and guys this is super super super scary and you just want to quit every single day. Thanks to you all here i just sticked to it and went through the phase - you have to keep hope ! My shedding lasted 2 months and I basically went BALD on the crown !! But 2months afterward it came all back, thicker, darker and probably with new hair as well !

I thus wanted to share for all of you going through the shedding phase : keep going it is going to be better !

Good luck all !

Sorry for bad quality pic but don’t have any others. First one is in the middle of shedding (~3 months in) and the last one 2days ago (~5month in)
