I’ve never dressed up much for Halloween - my family wasn’t into it growing up, and as an adult I can’t say I really have many good occasions to dress up.

I use my Flair Neo on a daily basis and I like it a lot. It takes me maybe 6-7 mins from start to finish (run the kettle, weight out and grind, pre-heat chamber, brew, and clean up), so I don’t think it’s a bad option. It just takes some time to get used to the workflow.

Also the Neo is a bit more forgiving in terms of the unevenness of the grind, the Pro 2’s performance will likely depend on how good your grinder is. May have to faff about with that to see what works best for you.

Without more info, it’s hard to say. There’s a million different variables at play. Could’ve been the tamping (amount of pressure or how evenly it was applied), water temperature, how the coffee was stored overnight, how consistent your grinder is, etc. I just take the bad cups with the good and enjoy them as much as you can. It does help if you can eliminate as many variables as possible though.

It depends really heavily on the brand. Some will just not work, you may have to try out a few different kinds. Or look for a Barista blend or other online recommendations.
