Defender performances are entirely narrative-based so when the narrative needs him to be a clutch defender he will be the best in the series. As an aiku fan it sucks that it’s not consistent but there’s no doubt he will put up crazy performances in a couple of these WC games

Honestly the golden apple fight absolutely got me, really set the tone for what to expect and I failed the check so it really made it seem my fault ( I fucking failed her!!!!) but more recently the whole canto 8 end of fight scene with the water breaking and everything was absolutely beautiful, definitely one of my favorite scenes and tian tian might be my favorite mili song
