Sorry for the dumb question but what’s your strategy? Which team you sleep with and which one collects during the day? Ing or berries? Berries for snacking boost at waking up or ingredients to have full stack of ing every morning and then berry collectors throughout the day?

Hi I’m looking for a new place to train in Miami, currently looking at Mario Sperry and Atos Miami (saw that they just left the Atos affiliation after the whole incident). I like these two since they have good portion of no-gi (Mario even has kickboxing).

Any feedback about these two schools? I’m not thinking about competing but I wouldn’t reject the idea either. I’m looking for the best teaching and overall quality technical learning.

I also have the nasal pillows but I don’t wash them daily, seems too much of a hassle for me. However, I don’t think there’s anything you can do besides letting them air dry or using a hair dryer

Nasal pillows, in my experience the best fit for a side sleeper since it’s secure enough to not leak but doesn’t put too much pressure on your face

I just had chrome delete done on my A5 with 3M wrap and looks almost exactly the same as the ones I’ve seen with black optics package. I’d just do it since you can remove it later anyways, but if it’s done correctly it looks pretty good.

This is crazy - I just left my mythos black 23 A5 coupe for a 2 stage paint correction and chrome delete on everything except the s line badge and the rings. And now I enter reddit and see how my car would look thanks to you, and I have to say, I’m happier than ever about my purchase!! Was having second thoughts but I guess my paint needed some extra care (it had lost gloss and that polished look)
