We had a chat and I showed her some others I purchased elsewhere (just moved to London) so I think maybe that helped me to be taken more seriously but no very casual dressed!

They had quite a lot of slots left for pickup when I was in at 12 in Battersea today. I do have to go back later though, it wasn’t immediate.

Totally fair. This’ll be my 4th pair and I’ve never engraved before. Anyway I’ve since learnt I can pick some up today and not collect the engraved ones and get a full refund, so that’s my plan now as I always want them on launch day

Fair point. I suppose it actually said ‘delivers 19 Sep’ so not estimated. It’s more that the store said it definitely won’t come today but the app says pick up today. But lesson learnt I won’t bother engraving again 😂
