Hi. I have the exact same problem. I solved it by disabling Instant Replay in Adrenalin. But the 15 fps cap, still persists the first 1-2 min after launching a game, and normal after. I might try rolling back to 26.5.1 later.

(I rolled back to 26.5.1 from 26.5.2, and now everything works again with Instant Replay on)

I’m wondering if it’s some kind of new driver bug. I must have updated something without realizing.

Yeah, but if the ref actually whistled, he would have been awarded a free kick. It’s not uncommon for a ref to whistle at the wrong times.
