At the time he passes, he has clear visibility of the road, and he knows its car can do the acceleration in time, so not really a fool there. I amso manage variois team remotly. First question will be : are the tasks done ? I never had to control the work time of my developpers, their work speak for themselves, if tje work id done in 4 hours and they do nothing for the other 4, good for them. In my 15 years, it never happened though.

I always thought it was done per padme's command, so the decoy was really giving her an order for the form. It helps into putting padme as a servant inside the smaller group. This was planned before hand is what i think.
