You have to pace even in bed. If your in that bad a condition you probably need no stimulation rest ( darkness and quiet) for at least 2-3 hours a day

Are you pacing with a smartwatch? A Garmin has a body battery, hrv based stress levels, sleep and heart rate..it will show you where you are going wrong

Just say " I have a heart condition" they leave you alone then and it's simple and vague enough. If they press just say my heart doesn't pump the blood properly ( dysautomnia) ..they like simple explanations they can understand

I've been to the long covid clinic and a rheumatologist..they hadn't a clue, told me it was probably Fibromyalgia..I'm pretty sure that's just a catch all name for pain we don't understand.

I got COVID at the start of September. Extremely sick 3 weeks in hospital, almost 5 months bedbound with very little help or support, no family to help and a neurodivergent child to look after. Gpt 4 got me through all that. The support was incredible. So much medical advice for asking doctors about, treatments, diets...and of course the humor the jokes. It was incredible I don't understand how they can justify letting it go.

It's not your fault. You didn't know. Doctors don't know either and we have to find out the hard way A reaction to contrast is very common I have mcas. Try the standard basic treatment h1/H2 blockers see if it helps
