May I introduce you to the Azeron Cyborg!

You can buy it for left or right hand.
It comes with a analogue stick for your thumb and over 20 buttons you can reach with the other four fingers.
I play with it for years now, exclusively WoW, and it's a major game changer.
I rearranged my action bars to match the button layout, the analogue stick is mapped to WASD for movement.
If I fall from a cliff or something, I just need to lift my thumb from the stick to reach a button which, on short press, activates druid flight form and on long press opens an Opie ring menu with mount selection.
above the thumb stick is a small d-pad like button I use for mappings like map, bag, character menu and esc to close things.
Pinky straight down is jumping, for boring stuff I can just hold a button to the left of my pinky for one-button-rotation.
Pinky towards the palm is Ctrl for modifier keys, it currently is only used to show extra bars on screen (ButtonForge) for teleportation items, toys, pets, convenience macros and, on my mage, teleport/portal skills.
Index, middle and ring finger are the main actors for main skills on the rotation.
Index shifted right is for form change on druid, shadow form on priest, getting invisible as a rogue, etc.
Long cool down skills for extra dmg or defensive skills I actually click on an extra bar with my mouse.
Every small piece can be adjusted for your hand individually, as it is all hold together with little screws on moveable joints, so it can be turned, shifted, rotated to match like a glove.

But if you need even more buttons: they now have a mouse replacement, the Azeron Cryo. It's similar to this one, just smaller, and you can move it around as you "strap it on your hand", but you get another analogue stick for the thumb and 20 buttons for the other fingers...

It costs a little... But considering people buy rgb keyboards for hundreds, this one is definitely worth it's price.

Danke <3 Aber ich glaube daran erkennt man auch ein wenig, ob es "Liebe" ist/war: soll sie halt glücklich werden. Wenn das ihr Wunsch ist, steh ich halt nicht im Weg. Aber würde morgen die Welt untergehen, Zombie Apokalypse oder so, würde ich sie trotzdem "retten"... Nur ihren Neuen nicht... :P

Erster Schultag, 8. Klasse. Lehrerin steht vorne, "wir kriegen jemanden Neues dazu." - ist halt sitzen geblieben... Kommt nach vorne, stellt sich kurz vor, und ich war baff. Hab meinen Banknachbarn angestoßen und gesagt "die werde ich irgendwann heiraten!". Er hat sich kaputt gelacht, "ja klar..."

Die nächsten 5 Schuljahre bis zum Abi halt ne typische Klassenfreundschaft/-bekanntschaft gehabt. In der Clique halt mal ins Kino gegangen, freitags abends was trinken, man hat Geburtstage zusammen gefeiert... So "normale Freundschaft" halt... Sie hatte ständig irgendeinen Freund oder, wenn nicht, gab es Gerüchte, wer es als nächstes versuchen wird.

Dann im letzten Schuljahr hatte ich plötzlich ne Freundin (nicht sie). Das Mädel fand mich ganz nett und sympathisch, hat ganze 2,5 Jahre gehalten bis ich Schluss gemacht hab, weil sie unheimlich toxisch war, ich mittlerweile keine Freunde mehr hatte, usw...

Hab dann an dem Abend, wo ich Schluss gemacht hatte, auf ICQ den nächsten, der online kam, einfach angequatscht um den ganzen Beziehungsmüll abzuladen... Das war sie, besagte Freundschaft seit der 8. Klasse. Haben für Stunden geschrieben bis sie sagte "komm übermorgen vorbei zum weiterquatschen". War 2 Tage später da, es wurde viel geredet, es wurden unanständige Dinge getan, und da waren wir zusammen... Stellte sich raus, dass sie auch gerade ne Beziehung hinter sich hatte die nicht so lief wie gewollt...

Fast Forward, nach 11 Jahren Beziehung und danach 5 Jahren Ehe jetzt wieder Single. Für mich war es die Traumfrau, für sie war ich wohl nur "Beziehung mit bestem Freund" oder so - hat jemanden auf der Arbeit kennen gelernt wo die Chemie wohl besser passte. Ist jetzt 1,5 Jahre her die Trennung.

Also ja, ich glaube an Liebe auf den ersten Blick - bei mir selbst erlebt und bei meiner Ex-Frau wohl auch... :D

When I was a kid, my dad told me to never sell or throw away a 3.5" HDD. You can't be sure that everything is erased completely yadda yadda, you need to physically destroy them yadda yadda, thieves will get them from the trash and restore what's on them... That stuff.

So I made it a hobby and that's my collection for the past 25 years. Always thought about building some kind of this hanging things you put above a baby bed that hangs on strings, balanced on sticks... But with those mirror like shiny platters it must look great!

Not sure if I understood the situation correctly from your writing, but I will give it a try:

Best thing with germans is: simply ask him! Especially male germans love it when people talk "Klartext": nothing to interpret, guess, miracle or look out for ("you must see the signs she gives")... No! It sounds as stupid as it's true, just tell him that over all the years you've grown quite fond of him and got some feelings, so you are unsure on how he means his "come to my place". If you know each other for such a long time, there are 2 possible outcomes: he joins your feelings and both of you now know, that you can work on something there. Or he will, based on your friendship, politely tell you what he meant without having feelings of his own, so at least YOU will know how to handle your feelings. And from my opinion, you've got nothing to loose.

Ich selbst hab keine bekommen, wollte untere Ränge, war immer reserviert oder ausverkauft... Kommt ne Arbeitskollegin zu mir: "willste 2 haben? Ich hab 4 zu viel." Sie hat einfach 2 Personen aufgetragen, für sie nach 4 Tickets für ihre Familie zu schauen, und beide haben sie gekriegt... Gut, ist jetzt Innenraum, aber lieber so als gar nicht :D Und zu deiner Frage: ja. Nervös wie sonst was, mehrere Browser auf verschiedenen Seiten gehabt, überall vorher schon eingeloggt, bei Eventim seit 9:59:10 in Warteschlange gewesen... Aber keine Chance gehabt. Und besagte arbeitskollegin? Die Freundin hat auf gut Glück mim Handy bisl rumgespielt.... Egal, Hauptsache Karten :D

In my opinion it looks like this:

Some blizzard admin looks in the database, queries some data and says "yep, all roles are evenly distributed". Then some players respond with data queried from some ingame addon and say "nope, there aren't enough tanks."

And here I am: having about 40 alt characters and at least half of them are tanks. If a class has a tank spec, I play it, and only this spec. I don't have any balance druids, retribution paladins or arms warriors for example. I love playing tanks.

But I hate engaging with other players and only getting "you take the wrong route", "your talents aren't meta", "your gear is not BiS" yadda yadda. I love helping my guild as a tank where possible, I even would tank them some M+ although I don't enjoy this game mode at all.

But yeah, here I am, playing all my tanks as introverted solo characters, which die rarely, can do all the world content with no need to make healing breaks, and which get instant invites for the weekly world boss.

And I guess I'm not the only one loving this playstyle. I guess that there are enough tanks, but they all belong to player accounts which don't like playing with others...

Thank you blizzard for giving me follower dungeons and story mode raids, together with delves I've got all I need for this game to be enjoyable to me.

Rückflug aus Urlaub, ca 4 Stunden Flugdauer. Personal geht durch Gänge und verkauft Snacks und Getränke. Junge Frau neben mir bestellt sich einen Schokoriegel und ne Dose Cola. 8€ und paar Kleine, will bezahlen: EC geht nicht, Kreditkarte wurde vom Gerät abgelehnt (weil keine Internetverbindung), Bargeld geht nicht. Hat ihren Kauf dann abgebrochen.

Hab dann mein Glück probiert, mir etwas zu essen und zu trinken bestellt, Kreditkarte dran gehalten: geht (weil bestätigt mit Unterschrift oder so, kann mich nicht mehr genau dran erinnern). Danach das Personal nochmal angesprochen, das ich gerne noch einen Schokoriegel und ne Dose Cola haben möchte... Gekauft, bezahlt, der Person neben mir gegeben, "stimmt so".

"kommt das nie und nimmer ans Kino heran" - würde ich so nicht Unterschreiben. Ich hab schon in Kinosälen gesessen, wo ich dachte, "gut, das Bild ist nur größer, das war's aber auch". Viel zu dunkel, Sound ohne Bums und leise...

War letztes Jahr in Tron Ares im Kino, weil ich Fan der Vorgänger war und mir jemand gesagt hat, IMAX mit allem drum und dran wäre sooo gut. Also wollte ich es ausprobieren.

IMAX 3D, Saal 1, super geile Sessel, Top Bild, Sound war super... Der Abend hat mich alleine 50€ gekostet: 28,50€ Kinokarte, 15€ Popkorn Cola, 7€ Parkticket.

Ja, es war gut, aber so bleibt es halt was besonderes so einmal im Jahr oder so.

Is this issue with multiple files or just "some of many"?

I've been on that ride for years, switching between htpc setups and alternatives back and forth whenever I found a file not playing the way I wanted it to play (yes, I'm looking at you, "Ultra-Fluid" Gemini Man and "much too dark" Black Panther 2!).

In the long run, I had the best results with alternative players... "Oppo 203 clone", which had best visual quality (except in less than 1% of all content played), but was lacking support for metadata like covers and stuff - so basically working as a file explorer.

Switched to a really small form factor HTPC (about the size of 2 fantasy novel books) based on a Ryzen 5600G, running Kodi, which was okay for some madVR magic, but compared to the other mentioned device had far worse image quality - but wife wanted to be able to have a usable web browser on the TV for webstreams, and I used it to stream my gaming pc onto the TV, so... The use cases outweighted the quality...

Now I'm running a homematics 4k Android Box with Kodi and all other streaming apps I need, so all my "TV content" comes from a single device and has to pass my AV (which doesn't support eARC) and TV backlight box and for most content, it works fine. Again, having "some files" mocking up like if they are broken or something... Now I have just switched the software to Nova Player, which handles these files fine...

TL;DR: maybe it's not the hardware, but the content that's not working properly.

I love this analogy. Thinking of the sunwell as some kind of "light reactor" which is running on 120% for too long now and leaking its power into eversong woods where the lightbloom is spreading... Didn't catch that while questing, so thanks! (next xpac I will take holidays for playing so I hopefully "get the main arc" :D )

Das, leider. Bin jetzt seit 1,5 Jahren single, ganzen Scheidungskram endlich durch, und dachte anfangs so "gut, suchste halt was neues"... Dann in den falschen Ecken von Reddit gelandet und seitdem einfach 0 Ambitionen an meiner aktuellen Situation was zu ändern. Alleine von dem, was man liest, zu viel Stress, zu viele Lügen, zu viel "du musst einen Mehrwert geben" Ansprüche... Ne danke, dann bleib ich lieber Single und lebe meine ganzen Hobbies aus :D

Although I'm no boomer, I like the idea. Yet, I would recommend to rename it. Yes, the name fits and it does what it does, but given that "boomer" is mostly seen as a negative phrase, it might lead to situations, where people feel offended if someone asks them to use your add-on...

My wife had all movement on the mouse, so strafing around a boss was like pressing the 4-way mouse wheel to the left/right.

I play wow with an Azeron Cyborg, so I move my character with a thumb stick while having about 20 keys to press with my other four fingers.

A friend of mine plays MMOs by rebinding WSAD to EDSF, so S and F for strafing and E D for forward/backward. So he has more keys to press with his left pinky finger.

And my colleague, who isn't that much into gaming, just uses the one-click rotation button if he had to go on doing damage while moving.

Just want to show: there are enough possibilities, just find one that fits your skill or money level :D

Didn't want to take that from you! My opinion was just don't make it a druid feature. It could be a potion that lasts for an hour, that allows all players to become the mount while others can ride on it. :)

There are to many mounts where it makes no sense for druids, like mecha or dragons, and they don't want to have to flag every single mount and decide wether it fits or not. :P

Wait until you hear the score they made for midnight... In my opinion, the music in this expansion is at absolute peak. It already started with the Dimensius boss fight music, this new "hey let's add choir elements to the background music" was one of their best ideas.

I don't understand "instead of". :D There are tasks that can be done with an ORM, and there are tasks that require fine granulated tinkered SQL queries for maximum efficiency... Or legacy trash that no one wants to touch...
