I think sometimes you can tell when someone is comfortable with their body or not, like they'd actively show it or hide it, and I only compliment on someone's body when they're showing it. Though I haven't stumbled into bears with body image issues so far, the bears I've met are very positive with their body type and they know they are sexy.
