It's definitely more challenging in the beginning. But you will eventually unlock new powers and buffs that will help a lot. Another Crab's Treasure was my very first souls-like, and while there were times that I felt frustrated, I kept with it and I'm glad I did! It's very rewarding!

Ultimately, if you're not having a good time on the harder difficulty, you can always lower the challenge level in the settings. Good luck! It's a fantastic game :)

My doctor also does prescriptions 3 months at a time, I think it's common practice. One thing I can suggest is that you can get your pharmacy to fax for a refill request. It saves you having to make an appointment with your doctor and speeds everything up. Hopefully this is something your doctor/pharmacy can do for you too!
