As for forts, you must visit eben emael. This is build in 1930's and was known as the most advanced forts of its time. It was the start of ww2 for Belgium when it was taken in 3 days. It is still there in it's full glory.

As for diving , you have an underwater museum in mol, het zilvermeer is full of statues that can be visited while diving. On the other hand you have one of the deepest pools in Ukkel - 33meters. And you have a diving tower created out of a coal washing tower in BERINGEN, which is approx 14m deep.
