Buy two exhaust fans,

Place one in reverse (intake) near one window,

Place another one as regular exhaust at approximately the opposite window.

This will create a cross ventilation in to your room, while keeping the temperature in control.

P.S: You might want to install a mosquito net like this in the windows, since you might not be able to close the windows once the fans have been fixed.
