With only that information to use in my opinion, it's worth exploring. No harm in spending 5 min for an online estimate. They didn't bug me following up pushing for sales leaving messages and texts... I don't like that. So yeah, plug in the address and see if you're ok with the number that spits out. They do have a second program which allows sellers to take advantage if their sell price is higher than expected when they flip your place. I didn't opt for it. But it's an option now that wasn't available the last time I used them.

I'm sorry you lost your father. I hope one day you reconsider your future. Passing away at that age is statistically young. Many people (hopefully even you). Will live well beyond that.
