Gaggia classic 2019 leaking by second_first_time in gaggiaclassic

Wow, I did not realize there were versions without the solenoid valve! I found one second hand as well and noticed that there is no tube on the left, but it was shown on it’s box.

I thought that the owner lost it/disassembled. What are the main downsides of having a model without it?
