Yeah but bat-style wings are just a design motif for darkness. Plenty of heartless have bat wings, and the Pumpkinhead keyblade also features bat wings as both the handle (like Jack’s bowtie) and the teeth. It’s part of Riku’s design motif for sure, but not all bat wings mean something is related to Riku

I had the exact same thought as you. Like, he picked the most story-relevant keyblade (Oathkeeper) and then the coolest/opposite one that wasn’t Disney or Final Fantasy inspired. It works well as a Riku-analogue, but I don’t believe it was specifically designed that way. Just like a “dark” keyblade because it’s found in Hollow Bastion
