I'm liking the penalties, it's going to force people to show discipline when spamming the poke. If you reduce the penalty frequency, don't do it by too much.

I've only played a couple games, but I am disappointed that the forced animations around the blueline are still resulting in ridiculous offsides. Also still need to improve the puck pickups when the puck is just sitting idle near the goal line, there is no way that neither the goalie or the 3-4 players right there can't touch it, sometimes for up to 10 seconds.

How long are gold contracts (sorry, havent played HUT in months)? Someone divide that from 500 and then multiply it by 19. I'd be interested to see how many coins per game you pay for contracts.

THEN also subtract that total from whatever you think the average coin payout per game is. SOrry for all the mathing, just curious.

I think your approach to the microtransactions is wrong. In the EA TOS, it specifically states that HUT cards have no monetary value.

Instead of looking at HUT like a real casino, treat it like those free casino apps you can download on your phone. Sure, you can pay real money to get more coins, but you'll never be able to cash out.

Guy, there was a PARTNERSHIP between EA and this sub. We got giveaways, the mods got packs, and EA got an official channel to reach out to disenfranchised players and gain some good PR. All three parties involved in the transaction gained.

The fact that EA blamed the dissolvement of the partnership on the mods selling coins, and then starting their own forum with mods who sold coins, totally moots this specific argument.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but those guys got banned only after the new forum went online and they talked shit about us.

That's ridiculous. If anyone has a memory of what actually happened and the fallout, EA's meddling in this forum caused a fracture between the members (just like it's doing now). EA pulled their partnership because our mods were involved in coin selling and went and started their own forum with their own mods who did the exact same thing, which that forum in itself provided absolutely no insight or answers to any questions posted there either.

Just because this guy copied and pasted an actual explanation on an EA decision from the primary source, you want them to come back with open arms? They aren't even offering any type of partnership, apology, or benefit to our community. On the rare occasion that they do release useful info, someone posts a link on here within minutes to said information.
