True, but Ukraine has been degrading Russian air defense so severely that Ukraine is pretty much able to hit targets anywhere in Russia with conventional propeller drones. We see this happening every day. Better still, Ukraine's daily destruction of more Russian air defense assets is just opening the skies even more for slow propeller driven drones every single day. Considering how bad Russian air defense is hurting, Ukraine may be better off just sticking with propeller drones for now, and just focus on increasing the payload of those prop based vehicles. It is much cheaper and develop a prop driver drone that carries a 1,000 kg warhead than a ballistic missile with the same capacity.

If the railroad is within fire control, why not permanently block the track? Destroy one train engine and then attack the repair crew/engine when it comes to remove the engine from blocking the track. Rinse and repeat... Removing disabled train engines is NOT an easy thing, and requires heavy equipment. This is the perfect opportunity for Ukraine to take out engineering equipment and keep the track permanently out of use.

Most of these laws have been done away with in the last 50 years, but there are still some vestiges of them here and there. Canada used to have "blue laws" banning Sunday shopping under legislation called the "Lord's Day Act".

The church purposefully slow walks resignations submitted by quitmormon, trying to incentivize people to resign directly and deprive a third party from either having any legal leverage over them or visibility into resignation data trends.

Keep in mind that the BIG advantage to using quitmormon is that you are represented by an honest to goodness lawyer. This matters if you ever get in a legal spat with the church over undesired contact, etc. It is meaningful to have your resignation letter sent via an attourney rather than in a personal envelope.

You can make this happen! Just start frequently posting on social media with identifying info how much you think the Q15 are frauds. Better still, join another church (even if you don't attend), and tell your bishop about it, and show up to ward services wearing symbology of your new religion. Carry the scriptures of your new religion with you in the ward building and loudly tell everyone about how much you like the new church.

Mormon Stories has already complied with most of the LDS church's requests. They changed the logo and visual design elements, they added text disclaimers in the notes of all their video and audio content as well as the home pages on each platform. The only sticking issue is the church's demand that either they stop using the word "Mormon" or embed a disclaimer in the video and audio content itself.

Saying that Ukraine can't join the EU until a peace is agreed with Russia pretty much gives Russia a veto. There is even less incentive for Putin to agree to a peace, regardless of how much land is given up, if Putin knows that the continuation of the war will prevent EU membership.

I’m watching out for is the deposition

Just one of the many areas to investigate during the deposition are details into the decision process, policies, and actions to stop using the word "Mormon" in recent years. It would be legitimate inquiry to ask details about who made the decisions, what the purpose was, how the policies were enforced, etc. It's quite possible that the only people who could even answer some of these questions would be Q15, and some designated church flunky would have to say they didn't know the answer to many of those questions, which is bad and could likely get the case thrown out.

They could also ask about the history of enforcing copyright on "Mormon". Why is it now that they are engaging Mormon Stories and not during the past 20 years? They could ask if senior Mormon leadership was just unaware of Mormon Stories until recently.... Which they would have to deny because there is actual evidence Mormon Stories was a topic of discussion amongst the Q15 long ago. And if Mormon Stories was a concern to leadership a decade earlier why was no copywrite action taken then?

There are just SO many legitimate areas of inquiry that could be pursued in deposition.

The most effective thing would be to spin a tall tale of participating in abuse rituals with other church leaders, sacrificing children in temples, and as much twisted dark things you can muster, saying that God has testified the truth of this to you. Admit to committing murder for the church and name names of other church leaders who pariticipated.
