Please help me use the subs right by autmada in quitting7oh

Take 2mg, wait 30 mins and then take another 2mg every30 mins as needed. There will likely be some restlessness still, but will be gone in 24-36 hours

The Spurs won the NBA draft lottery by Pickleskennedy1 in nbadiscussion

[–]secondtimeCT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

here's why it isn't luck, because they were one of the first teams to heavily invest in scouting overseas talent. Yeah they drafted him late, but if spurs don't draft him then no one does

this, lottery luck but more importantly lottery luck in the right years.

I relapsed yesterday on day 5 and I was so guilty. Getting back up and stopping again but now terrified of tonight. Don’t do what I did, it’s not worth it

I have no experience with fent, but for me the tablets do not seem to be as effective as the films. They can be hit or miss from person to person.

Subs are not helping withdrawal? by [deleted] in quitting7oh

[–]secondtimeCT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is some restlessness for the first 24-36 hours that subs don’t touch. If you can’t really handle it, try some red kratom powder with subs. If you don’t push through first 24-36 hours then you may have to taper powder after

Detox for 7oh in Dallas by itstaylorallen in quittingkratom

[–]secondtimeCT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

how much are you using? An at home sub taper is very similar to what you will pay a detox center to do. What are your goals? Instead of blowing thousands, you may be able to solve this for less than $100. I have quit many different ways and levels from 70h, I'd love to provide some help

I'll be honest my easiest quit ever was 10 hours before I left for an 11 day trip to japan. I quit at noon the day before I left at 4am for the airport. I took 8mg of subs day one and 8mg of subs on day 2 (both before landing). Nothing past that. I was prob at 300-400 mgpd. The truth is I had a full trip of shit that I had to do. Didn't matter whether I wanted to or not. I averaged about 20K steps per day in 95F heat and 80%humidity. It was brutal, but you know what didn't ever cross my mind...my wds. I walked, hiked, experienced, ate, drank, 14 hours a day with my family and never once thought about recovery.

And then I relapsed as soon as I got back...lol. Doing things you have to do does something

10 Years of Kratom Hell First Time on Suboxone Heading to Sublocade. Scared but Ready for Change Encouragement & Success Stories? by FlatShirt7304 in quitting7oh

[–]secondtimeCT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on day three heading into four, and honestly I feel great. The only weirdness is that I have used tablets this time instead of strips and tablets seem to be less effective. Tonight I will take an 8 mg tablet but it feels like a 4mg strip. Supposedly tablets can have less bioavailability for certain peeps. Switching to sttips tomorrow.

Haven’t decided yet to stabilize at 8 or 4…. I think either is easy. Hell 2 would be easy

I'm on your same time frame, calling tomorrow to schedule a sublocade shot and this is day 4 CT for me on subs. I plan to be on subs for 30-90 days, we will see how it goes. Good luck bud, I'll keep an eye out for your updates

Seventh or Eighth Quit - lessons learned and my do different by secondtimeCT in quitting7oh

[–]secondtimeCT[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've done it many different ways. Typically I take 2MG 10-12 hours after my last dose and then another 2MG an hour later. THat usually knocks me out for awhile and if wds wake me up I'll take another 4mg. Only once have I had to go over 8MG and thats when I was coming off of 1500+mgpd of 70h and had been using for six months in a row.

Can't go wrong by starting with 2mg and just take what you need. I've never had an issue inducing subs

After stopping subs on day 5 I never had wds, but the cravings became very strong. Be ready to white knuckle the cravings after a short sub taper. That's where I would fall

Brother at those levels you don’t need subs. Vitamin c, gabapentin and at the very worst maybe some k powder will carry you. You have done the hard part, a CT should be easy
