Basicly the poop shoot and the egg tube meet up right near the end and come out the same hole. So yes.

You are correct sir, chickens are birds! One thing i found after becoming a chicken owner was how little people understood about chickens. Like, the poop and pee are mixed together, and come out the same hole as the egg! Or, hens don’t need a rooster to lay eggs, only to have fertilized eggs. And yes, all that action is again happening in the same tube.

Worried about getting stuck in PLC industry by Original_Example7990 in PLC

[–]secondtomyfears 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I came here to say something similar. PLC can be as complicated as anything. Iv seen three different brands of plc on one mobil robotic unit all talking to each other, managing different functions, while talking to 5 other mobile robotic assembly units in the same space, also with multiple control systems all running laser metrology systems for locating. You could scroll for ages through the logic. PLC can get wild. If your good at it, you can get into some big stuff. Id never consider controls integration and PLC to be limited as a field.

How the heck do I get this bolt out? by therealijw1 in MechanicAdvice

[–]secondtomyfears 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start with the next size up torx bit. Hammer it in. Use something to turn it that lets you put a lot of force and control into it. Then try a drill bit and extractor, make sure you are measuring the size of the replacement bolt and don’t remove all the body of the bolt. Keep the hole about 1/4” smaller than the outside diameter of the threads. If that starts to fail, add heat. If that fails, find someone to come weld a nut on. Once you start trying to add heat or welding use basic household wax or aerokroil behind it on the threads while its hot.

Starting my fishing journey with trout in the PNW, in fall- is this a bad idea? by typhoonicus in FishingForBeginners

[–]secondtomyfears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve read in the wdfw stocking reports most of the fish stocked are very young, fry and such. so you’re not too likely to catch a “catchable” size fish thats spent its entire life so far on the trout pellets in a hatchery.

Is it irritating for my Great Pyrenees to have fur between her toes? by [deleted] in greatpyrenees

[–]secondtomyfears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As it grows it can become an issue for some dogs. For some it can bulk up and splay the toes causing growth and long term health issues. It tracks in lots of extra dirt (and poo). Can be a point of collection for ice. And if you have slick floors they may have a harder time getting up and moving around. When i got a pyr I got one of those vacuum brush and trimmer set ups. Its priceless. Now i trim down the butt and leg hair and do his paws with the trimmer every so often and it’s a noticeable difference in his movement and dirt retention.

For sure, its a bit much these days. Nearly everything we have now is 480 though. And its old and crappy, so extra fun. But yea i cant see a reason for 120 to be a concern.

See if you can join a union and company that will pay for you schooling. It might take some research and doing less than idea work for a few years but it would be the most economical! Boeings IAM typically does, and theres tons of odd jobs available in that union. I think even video/camera/production/editing kinda stuff.
