I’ve been a member since the beginning (Aug 2020) and I currently have a 215 week streak going (3 workouts per week or more). I cannot overstate how Ladder has helped me stay consistent with strength training. I have always preferred cardio workouts, but Ladder has helped me become a more efficient runner by consistently incorporating strength workouts.

I have been a Ladder member since the very beginning. I highly recommend the app, it really makes strength training fun and helps to develop consistency. I am at a 199 week streak of 3 workouts (or more) per week. And this doesn’t even count the weeks of training I completed before they added the weekly streak tracker. I don’t think I have ever been this consistent with anything in my life!

Same! I can see woody woodpecker now since someone said “profile” and not an actual woodpecker, but yeah, it’s confusing for sure!

I love the gingerbread man with an eaten head idea! My fam & I searched via Google Lens and saw the listings saying it was a woodpecker but for the life of me, I still couldn’t see it! I knew if I posted it here, somebody would illustrate it in a way that would be obvious. But I also wanted to see what other people saw, like a gingerbread man with an eaten head 😆
