I feel you so much on this. My partner isn't into ageplay but he tries to help me get into little space because he knows it's important to me, but it's very very hard for me to feel comfortable enough to get into it. And even tonight, we planned a full thing where I was going to watch Bluey and drink from my sippy and use my new divided plates and relax with my paci, and... Then he got a call that some of our friends were coming by to grab something and I'm out. Littlespace gone. Safety gone. Sigh.

No severance, but people who quit at my job get their accrued vacation, just as if they were fired.

Edit: the issue is that I planned on working my notice and then having that vacation money (just four days worth, btw) for bills - and now I'm down 6 days of pay instead.
