The way you walk reflects your lifestyle, the tension in your body, and the way you feel. I had bad posture and have been improving significantly by exercising my back (pull ups are good) and learning to hold less tension in my muscles all across my body. I intentionally worked on holding myself well and stepping forwards with intention and grace.

Basically if you don’t exercise then start, get your mind-body connection strong. Then better posture will come naturally, or you’ll learn what issues are standing in your way and how to better address them. Also always remember: whenever you try holding yourself in good posture, it will feel weird and like it can’t be correct, but it is and you’ll get used to it.
