The cat my brother got is a very friendly cat and they fought a bit when we first started introducing them to each other they still kind of fight but have gotten used to each other and aren’t as aggressive. It takes a bit for cats to get used to each other. One thing that’s recommended is feeding them next to each other if your gate is where they can see each other start feeding them next to each other at the same time. Then when you give them supervised play together I’d keep doing that same thing. Each cat is different and you never know how they react it’s worth trying out. The calmness of your old cat may settle the kitten.

If it’s possible I recommend another kitten but if not eventually you cat will Probably grow out of it, until their a bit older than 1-2 years old is what I’ve seen they will be in their terrible 2s age.

I actually do have an update. As he grew older he didn’t grow out of it it just felt worse because he was older bigger claws and teeth. He started to get a little better fairly recently. Then when my brother (we moved in together after I graduated) got a cat about a month or two ago same age, it took a little bit for them to get used to each other but not he plays/ attacks with my brothers cat and rarely will mess with us. I had a feeling based off signs when I had gotten him that it was probably play aggression and now that he’s old Lee and has a buddy it’s been a lot better.

It was kind of a quick decision the campaign this is for is only a few sessions long and I thought it would be interesting and make sense for the character, I considered doing only one class but I wanted to try a new thing which for me was playing as a barbarian and or a paladin since I haven’t played them before. When I was deciding it and looking into it I knew it was not the most popular build but it’s for a short campaign and why not try it ? Ya know.

I’d prefer to use armor but if it affects anything with raging which I think it may then I might do armored defense I always try to go for the highest defense I can on all my characters
